Inspired by the world of Control, Condor (codename) is a four-player cooperative PvE (player versus environment) multiplayer game. Built on Remedy's Northlight engine and tools, the game was recorded as being in the proof-of-concept stage by the end of 2021. With the initial development budget estimated to be EUR 25 million, the development and marketing costs set to be equally split between Remedy and 505 Games. In February 2024, Remedy announced that they had purchased the Control IP, and terminated the publishing contract with 505 Games in a mutual agreement, with a new development agreement settled with Annapurna in September.
