Just before the weekend, Remedy revisited The Oldest House for the third part of their anniversary livestream.
So far, they've stepped into the FBC with Executive Producer, Juha Vainio, and Lead Environment Artist, Miro Vesterinen (Watch Here) as the series kicked off. The following week saw the group tackle issues in Maintenance with Principal Level Designer, Teemu Huhtiniemi and Build Engineer, Victor Sermin (Watch Here). For the third livestream, it was time for the Panopticon!Once again, the brilliant Vida Starčević (Senior Community Manager) and Julius Fondem (Community Manager) were in the hosting seat. They were joined by the equally amazing Lucile Dolbeau (Senior QA Tester) and Ilmari Timonen (Senior Rigging Artist). Both roles are essential in the games industry to build up and improve titles, but are often not spotlighted.
Throughout their three-hour play through, the devs chatted about a range of topics including learning different disciplines, take advantage of Open Source software, dreaming of Jesse's abilities during development, floating flowerpots and bug analysis, playtesting and a whole lot more.
