Remedy Shares FBC: Firebreak Update Teaser & Detail Crisis Kit Guide

Ahead of next week's update, Remedy has published an in-depth guide to FBC: Firebreak's Crisis Kits, detailing the various ways that they can be improved and built-upon.

When jumping into FBC: Firebreak, you'll likely notice that your Crisis Kit isn't quite as powerful as those shown in trailers or the April Developer Update. As someone whose preference is the Splash Kit (Squirtle is my starting Pokémon), I was eager to explore all aspects of the game when jumping in for the first time, but didn't quite when or how the teapot addition came in.

Published on Steam, the new guide breaks down what each Crisis Kit does, including what improvised devices can be paired with them, what happens at specific level upgrades, and tricks that you might have missed. Now that the game is out, they can go into more depth and share how different Firebreaker setups can complement the tasks.

The blog post was part guide but also part-teaser, with Remedy sharing that “we are currently hard at work on the next patch for FBC: Firebreak, which will be released early next week. It includes audio & sound fixes, improvements and more quality-of-life updates. Full patch notes will be coming next week.”

I mentioned this before with their Midsummer update, but again, I just want to thank the developers who are working on this update during what is traditionally summer holidays in Finland. I hope that there are some tasks that you are able to do while sitting in a sun-basked hammock, or beside piña coladas.
