Interested in trying something new in 2026? Remedy has posted a callout on social media for gamers interested in playtesting their upcoming adventures.
Those selected will be playing early in-development builds, where your feedback will help to shape the overall experience.
For the playtesting, Remedy has teamed up with firstlook.gg, which is hosting the sign-up form. Signing up doesn't necessarily mean that you're selected; only a small percentage will go ahead to see the builds. And naturally, everything is locked behind an NDA. All submissions must be made by players over the age of eighteen, and you must be based in Europe.
Playtesting will either be done at the Remedy offices in Espoo or remotely using your own equipment. Depending on the playtest, the experience can last from a few hours to the entire day.
In their policy, Remedy gives extra details on what they collect from players, stating, "the sessions will be recorded (both video and audio of the game and the player). The recordings will only be used for research purpose to help us improve the game and will not be shared outside of Remedy. We may also use eye tracking and/or measure your heart rate as a part of our test(s)!"
