If you've been following CONTORL Resonant's journey on social media, then you'll likely have noticed the passionate fanbase who petitioned for Arabic localisation to be brought to the game. While it won't be available for the launch, Remedy has confirmed that they will be including it as part of their post-launch support for the game.
The petition was kindled following the studio's reveal back in April of the fifteen languages the game was set to support from launch. Despite being self-published, CONTROL: Resonant offers the largest selection of languages of any Remedy game, even compared to past collaborations with big-name publishers such as Smilegate, Microsoft Game Studios, and 505 Games. Still, the message was very clear that there was a lot of love for an additional language to be added to the list.
In a social media post, Remedy teased a little into those post-launch plans stating, "We're happy to announce that CONTROL Resonant will feature Arabic localization! The game will feature Arabic interface and subtitles. Arabic localization will be coming to CONTROL Resonant some time in the post-launch period. We will be announcing a date later down the line."
