6th July 2019 One-Of-A-Kind Control Sneakers Up For Grabs At Guardian Con [Plus Promotional T-Shirts]

If you're attending the charity event and gaming expo, Guardian Con this weekend, make sure to check out the Control booth on the show floor to take part in an exciting giveaway!

If you play the game today and sign up to the 505Games/Remedy "Creator List", you'll automatically be in for a chance to win a one-of-a-kind custom-made pair of Control sneakers created by The Marvel Factory.

The sneakers are black with the white Control logo featured prominently on the sides. At the front is a pyramid consisting of grey lines. The eyelets are white and the pair is finished with a white line surrounding the sole.

As with the one-of-a-kind Remedy-themed sneakers which for up for grabs at Helsinki's SneakerBash 2018, this is a custom pair only created for the event and this giveaway, and will not be available for sale.

Guardian Con is a charity event and gaming expo which aims to brings together gamers and raise money for St Jude's Children's Research Hospital. 

Originally starting out as a meet-up for Destiny streamers in 2015 called "DestinyCon", the event quickly bloomed the following year into a fully functioning convention with St. Jude's Children Research Hospital at the heart of it all. Since its beginnings, it has raised millions of dollars through monthly donations, con attendance and additional events. So far, over one million has been raised in this year alone. This year the event is taking place between July 5th and 6th this year at Rosen Shingle Creek (Orlando, Florida). Tickets start at $80 for entry to Guardian Con, with a $105 ticket option for those who also want access to the exclusive lounge plus a branded swag pack.

The money raised from the event will go to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital which first opened its doors in February 1962 with the goal of researching childhood diseases previously believed to be incurable or dangerous and caring for the patients admitted to them.
