Courtney Hope, the lead actor for Control, recently started a new YouTube channel to encourage people to exercise, by posting engaging demonstration videos breaking down exercise technqiues.
Created four days ago, Hope has already uploaded two videos targeted at a variety of fitness techniques that you can try at home. The videos are both a only a few minutes long, providing strengthening and posture tips without being overwhelming.
In addition to being an actor, most known for her upcoming work in Control as well as Quantum Break and The Bold and the Beautiful, Hope has also been a certified fitness specialist for the past seven years, focusing on pilates, cardio barre and piloxing.
