The Quantum Break publicity tour has began following the XBOX Showcase in late February. For many gamers, the tour provides the opportunity to try the game out for themselves before the official launch date, but it also gave the opportunity to locally based video game sites to review the title.
The first Quantum Break event was held in New York and was attended by Shawn Ashmore. (Tracking down impressions from a specific event can be pretty hard, especially when there's several close together, so some of the articles may be a delayed write up from the Showcase and they accidentally snuck through.)
Below are a collection of impressions, photos and interviews from Remedy's time (hopefully) in New York:

"I do understand people being passionate, and feeling ownership on their preferred platform. I do understand that. At the same time, as the maker of a game like this, we just hope we can get as many people to enjoy it as possible. From my perspective, adding another option of playing the game, it's all positive."
