The Alan Wake community has a large group of
extremely talented fan artists. Over the next two weeks, we will be
spotlighting 14 fans who have created a series of wonderful artwork
inspired by Remedy's latest franchise.
Today we're going to spotlight a fan whose work is slightly different to many fan artists out there, and whose work is currently displayed on my desktop. JoakimOlofsson is utterly stunning at creating digital artwork, especially landscapes. He created this image inspired by the Alan Wake game...

... I love the deep, dark colours and the ominous feel of the forest; it's almost encasing the village. You may need to click on the image's link to see clearly, but a small Alan Wake is in the bottom right corner. The small addition of the protagonist creates an impression of a potentially dangerous and intimidating environment! It's quite breathtaking.
