Yesterday, Remedy released a new short but sweet patch for FBC: Firebreak, fixing connection issues that had recently surfaced for players.
While the studio has confirmed that it will no longer be releasing major updates to the game, it will keep the servers running and provide maintenance as needed. The announcement coincided with their Open House update, which introduced the Friends' Pass, new in-game areas to explore, and a drop in retail prices.
