Remedy's Creative Director, Sam Lake, will be joining Develop:Brighton this Summer for a fireside chat celebrating thirty years of the studio.
The mid-week three-day event, set between July 8-10th, will take place on England's southern coast. The beachside tourist town offers a relaxing backdrop to the busy networking, panels, and awards show which celebrates its nineteenth year in 2025.
While it's a little early to know where it will fit into the schedule, we do know a few details about the talk. Hosted by GamesRadar's Sam Loveridge, the fireside chat will focus on Sam's three decades in the studio from his initial experiences joining the basement team with Death Rally, to helping to steer a huge €70m (approximate) award-winning sequel.
Following the announcement, event partner, GamesIndustry.biz, reached out to Sam Lake to hear his thoughts on the event, "It's my first time at the conference, and I'm excited to be there. To celebrate the occasion, the fireside chat made a lot of sense, especially as Remedy is 30 years old this year, tracing back the road of how we got here." You can read the full interview, HERE!
