Earlier this week, to celebrate Alan Wake's 12th anniversary, Remedy recorded a special video packed with updates on where the series will go next. Among the news, was the reveal that Alan Wake Remastered will be coming to Nintendo Switch this autumn.
While news about the update was brief, with further details teased for later this year, we do know some information about what to expect. The release will be digital-only and run natively on the hardware
Sam Lake (Creative Director at Remedy) teased while playing the game with actor, Ilkka Villi, "by the way, as you can properly recognise this awesome piece of hardware here, I'm happy to share that Alan Wake Remastered is coming out on Nintendo Switch. We'll let you know once we have the actual release date." Additional details (included above) were shared later in the official newsletter.
