Alan Wake Bundle Signed by Remedy [Charity Auction]

Alan Wake Limited Collector's Edition

Official Synopsis for Alan Wake:

When the wife of the best-selling writer Alan Wake disappears on their vacation, his search turns up pages from a thriller he doesn’t even remember writing. A Dark Presence stalks the small town of Bright Falls, pushing Wake to the brink of sanity in his fight to unravel the mystery and save his love.

Presented in the style of a TV series, Alan Wake features the trademark Remedy storytelling and pulse-pounding action sequences. As players dive deeper and deeper into the mystery, they’ll face overwhelming odds, plot twists, and cliffhangers. It’s only by mastering the Fight With Light combat mechanic that they can stay one step ahead of the darkness that spreads across Bright Falls.

With the body of an action game and the mind of a psychological thriller, Alan Wake’s intense atmosphere, deep and multilayered story, and exceptionally tense combat sequences provide players with an entertaining and original gaming experience.

Originally launching in 2010 as an XBOX 360 exclusive, Alan Wake saw its PC launch two years later, with a series of new improvements to the gaming experience including ungraded visuals. This Limited Collector's Edition pack contains three CDs; the Alan Wake game (containing a redeemable Steam code), soundtrack by Petri Alanko, and bonus material CD including three documentaries, an array of concept artwork and in-game commentary. For fans who want to delve deeper into the strange history of Bright Falls, there's a paperback edition of the Alan Wake Files (144 pages) written from the perspective of Clay Steward, a character in the game.  This edition also comes with themed stickers and Bright Falls postcards. To conclude the text-based tour of the edition, there's a double-sided folded A3 poster, featuring the Alan Wake logo on one side and Alan on the other. The poster has been signed by the developers on the side of the logo.

As the game has a redeemable Steam code (located under the bonus CD), a Steam account is needed to play the game. Registration is free. (For more details on registering an account: By redeeming your Alan Wake code, you can also download a free content pack entitled "Alan Wake Bonus Materials". The collection includes the complete screenplay, Night Springs comics, concept artwork, production photos, the soundtrack of Alan Wake's American Nightmare, visual identity guidelines, "making of" documentaries, bonus clips from the game and early demo videos.

Alan Wake's American Nightmare:

Official Synopsis for Alan Wake's American Nightmare:

In this brand new standalone experience, Alan Wake fights the herald of darkness, the evil Mr. Scratch! A thrilling new storyline, hordes of creepy enemies, serious firepower and beautiful Arizona locations, combined with a fun and challenging new game mode make this a must for Alan Wake veterans, and the perfect jumping on point for new players!

American Nightmare is the latest instalment in the Alan Wake series. Launching originally as an XBOX 360 exclusive in February 2012, the adventure expanded to PCs just three months later. There was no Collector's Edition of the game made, but a partnership with Nordic Games (now THQ Nordic) saw the digital title get a physical release.  Similar to its predecessor in this bundle, the game has a redeemable code for Steam and a Steam account is needed.

To make this edition extra special, the cover of the game has been signed by the developers who worked on the title.
