During the CROSSFIRE Vision Summit in July 2016, Smilegate Entertainment announced a new partnership with Remedy for their upcoming title CROSSFIRE HD. The Finnish developers will be crafting the story mode called "Operation Frost", making the game the first time the developers have been working on a FPS.
