We've received multiple reports of activity within your operation that is in defiance of Black List protocol. These violations include: unsanctioned agreements with local military forces, discrepancies in reports between operation leadership and subordinates, and, even more concerning, disturbing rumors from on-site medical personnel.
Contract #8219-Azkharzia is being placed under official inquiry. The operation's off-site supervisor, Commander Fontaine, will arrive shortly to inspect your operation. The Board has granted her complete authority to carry out any measures she deems necessary to ensure the operation's success.
