[Gamescom 2018] Amazing Control-Inspired Fan Creations

At E3 2018, artists in the community showed support for Control with a series of gorgeous new artwork. With Remedy's return to the spotlight at Gamescom 2018, the community erupted again with new pieces showcasing Remedy's heroine, Jesse Faden.
Below are just some of those we've discovered during the Gamescom week, including digital artwork, sketches and cosplay photos. Check them out below and make sure to follow the wonderful creators for more amazing projects.
Following the recent reveal of Control, cosplayers have been mirroring Jesse's look in new photoshoots. Joining the talented Emme-Gray and Arika is the equally talented Askal who posted a side-by-side comparison on Twitter of the heroine and her cosplay. We think she makes a great Jesse!

Brendon's Control-inspired sketch shows Jesse in more of an action scene; using her powers to draw items closer, ready to throw them at a nearby enemy. Her pose gives a wonderful scene of movement and hurry to the situation. And the shading on the jacket and detail on jeans is not only well executed and difficult to do, adding to that sense of motion.

If you're active in the Remedy community, Melissa (also known by her Instagram username, melfpic) may be a familiar name. Over the past few months she has created absolutely stunning Alan Wake, Quantum Break and Control inspired pieces, and her latest piece is no different; an awesome digital piece of Jesse for the recent PC tech demo. The use of colour and her style in the new piece is quite something!
